OMG, that is so cool. They're silver obviously. I've found a grand total of 5 so far, and I have not been able to ID any of them yet. I hope you have better luck on the ID than I had. Anyway, great find, congrats!

Never found a Medieval hoard. Its on my wish list. I may have found a couple of spreads of Roman Bronze but no silver hoards of any description.

Thanks to all of you for your very nice comments on this very special find. Though it was not my first hoard, it is for sure one of my best finds in more than 2o years detecting.
