Found silver ring. Need help with hallmark

Found this ring at a sand volleyball court at a local park this afternoon. The mark looks like it was stamped twice so that makes it hard to read.

I see a C inside a circle and a W, but I can't make out anything after that.

Any help would be appreciated! Let me know if there would be a better place to post this question. Thanks!
