Spent a few days up North hunting, sharing stories, and eating good food with old friends. Was able to pull a few golds along with my first barbers of the year. Amazing my 3rd grill of the year, travel tokens and I was told a 69 cal shot? ...

Then on my return home I had my work I had to get out of the way but yesterday hit a beach that we have been talking about for some time now and although it took 3 hours to find the right spot my buddy MikeG and I were able to pull silvers and golds..the time sure flies when your digging in the water. Gold ring count for the year now is 22.....Thanks for looking...and here is a rolling post on the history of this years treasures with all 22 gold and a few other treasures... http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/maryland/448322-two-14k-s-start-2015-winter-spring-season.html

And the beach WHATIFIND hunted many moons ago,

WIF, the walk would have killed you, I was struggling

on the return walk after 5 hours in the water.

Then the other none treasure targets dug on a yesterdays hunt...

Thanks Bill, Being retired now and hunting 3 to 4 days, along with the drysuit, and drygloves has really started my season early this year. The fresh drops start in July, then for 4 months I will live off of those, then back to the old beachs after...Good Luck to you when things get warmed up, I await your post! Joe

Joe,

I've been out a couple of times so far this season just a bit of clad and one lonely silver dime so far but these sites have been heavily hunted....I'll be doing a few older inner city parks this year and try to sift through the junk to get at the older stuff.

Regards + HH

Oh, I dunno. I don't think your walk was as severe as the one I did. Remember, I packed in all 40 lbs of my equipment
for a little over a mile. Walking in chest waders is no picnic either. Plus, I hunted some rough water/sand/mud conditions for about
3 hours and then, I had to load up and pack it all back out the same mile or so.

I actually don't know anyone who could've done that walk.Maybe you. ;)

Looks like you at least found some good stuff.
WTG!

Thank You but don't be Jealous, there is tons of the stuff just waiting to be found.

You just have to put yourself in the place were the chances are best at finding it, and do the time.

And it comes..
