Hi All- Nothing spectacular today as I spent some time at a 1920'2 house enjoying the weather before the rain and hail was coming. The 1st pic is Jack, the owners goat. Every time I turned around...there he was :laughing7:. He followed me all over place and even ate some grass out of my hand, just glad he didn't charge me while I was on the ground searching a hole. His horns are wicked crazy looking. I then ventured into the woods behind the house for a bit and ran into these guys, who didn't mind me at all being in "their" house. Again, glad I was not charged...ever see that video where the deer beats the crap of the hunter??? Anyway, after I played Dr. Dolittle for a bit here are my finds. 1919 and 1945 cent, some very toasty clad, 2 chunks of lead and some other little things. The coolest find (to me) was a Jr Birdmen of America pin. Didn't know what it was til after I cleaned it up and did some research. Then, I could only wonder how disappointed this youngster must have been when they realized their pin had fallen off. I found it in the middle of the front yard. Would have been pretty cool if the owner was an older fella that had lost the pin years ago, but the house has been vacant for many years and it was just bought by a younger couple, so they had no ties to the pin. Rumor has it the property was pounded while the house was rotting away. The evidence, some spots looking like swiss cheese, obviously where they didn't even attempt to fill holes. They invited me back and I will take them up on the offer when I have more time. No way the guys got it all :) Here is a link about the club if you are interested, 1934-1939. Junior Birdmen of America Safe travels all and thanks for looking!

Thanks C&R. The earing is a clip on and the stone is actually brown. I will try and take a better pic. Not really sure if its anything good. The gold color had flaked off on some spots, so I'm guessing not?
