Hello everyone,

Monday's hunt was quite a lot better, or at least more interesting than my last. I wasn't finding much at first, then towards sun down things started to look up. Among the finds, a sterling silver boy silhouette. Says 'O.P.I.' and 'Ster' on the back...anyone know what the O.P.I. might stand for? As you can see, the charm says, 'Chuck'. The wheats were banging again('45D, 52D & 56D) and always a treat to find some IHs(1901 & 1903). The 1901 is obviously shot but date readable. Another ring for the heap...though it's missing the stone. The Sunday Baptist pin, I found one identical to it back in 2010. It has a patent number on the back of it and place of manufacture. Lastly, the ITEN BISCUIT thimble. I have found thimbles before, but it's been awhile. Actually, the 'thimbles' I found before this one where three thimbles stuck together. I could not get them apart. Anyway, it's a little shot but still a neat find.

Ok, I guess that's it for now. GL & HH!

That 1903 compares well with the 1950's Wheat Cents that IMO were not in Circulation long before being lost.
Cool Digs.

Msbeepbeep...I had a theory that as the sun goes down, it changes the atmospheric conditions just so...less solar interference...the machines starts to work better. But, what I really think it is...you just start swinging faster because it's getting dark lol. Davers, I'd have to agree. Thanks for the comments and likes everyone!!
