Went to an old spot that is very junky, old iron. There was an immigration office there back 1890-1920's. Dodging the rain, I managed to lock onto an intermittent signal which turned out to be this buckle. You can see the ProPointer in the hole haha, this baby was deep. I can't find an exact example anywhere, if anybody know anything about it I'd appreciate it.

The Mercury dime was nice to find, and I was happy to see it in really good condition. Nice dime!! I do not think the buckle is military, it looks more like a fashion sash buckle to me.

Yeah, I wasn't sure. I have found early 1900's military/immigration/customs buttons and coins in the same spot, so I figured it was old. Plus being so deep...I was hoping old military. Gotta do some more research I guess.

All I can say about the Buckle is it is very unlikely to be Military.
