Two rings, one silver, one costume and Buffalo

Love the new machine, 1935 Buffalo, rings and a washer that had me going! The watch is a "Fossil" I found it in four feet of water, says on the back all stainless steel 30 meters 100 feet, there is water in it! 1946 wheat.
