So, my buddy (jimzz) aka China Jim, went out of town this past weekend and hit the Gulf of Mexico with his AT Pro. He came back yesterday with not one but two gold rings. This had me thinking today, so I decided I needed to get out and look for my gold ring.
It didn't take long when I got a high signal and dug up a badge. I immediately knew what it was. This past winter I had fished out one just like it, but when I turned over this one was a little different. The first one was a Lieutenants School Safety badge and this one was a Patrolman's badge. I was stoked, needless to say that was the only cool thing that popped out. Some the other finds, a marble and 3 silver plated spoons. I left the spoons and kept the rest.
Getting a little closer to my Sheriffs badge, lol!

I've got one that says Illinois Highway something and School, guess I need to peroxide it , Olive oil isn't getting the job done.
