Been to my new spot 5 times now in the last few weeks and I've been pretty lucky with the finds.

Trade musket side plate.



Jesuit rings found a foot away from each other.









I found this tag from "The City of Owen Sound" which now lays at the bottom of Lake Huron. This is the second luggage tag I've found from a ship that has sank in the Great Lakes.

It's aluminum (or seems like it) and has the Jesuit IHS on it..found near the rings.

What's the approximate age of the rings? And how much is one of those rings worth?

I would be interested in buying one,,and either having it made wearable or used as a model for a replica.

The rings are mid to late 1600's according to Robert Bennett who wrote the book (literally) on such finds..."What They Left Behind". I have no idea what one would be worth. I found a beautiful one last year also. I've found 4 1/2 now....I'm pretty lucky....here's last years.

Found this Cleveland hewing axe at the new spot also.....it weighed the old pouch down quite a bit.
