Silver Relics Wheats Militaria

Hello All. Found these items with Btoots today at a 1931 small town home site...I found some OK items.

The thimble does not say "sterling" but it sure looks like silver. Btoots found some great items including another "124" crossed rifles pin. There are no markings on the toy so I am not sure just what it is.
