Please help, it is meteorit? After the primary features correspond meteorites, are heavier than stone, magnet take it.

The rounded knob would suggest it is haematite and the magnetic properties suggest magnetite- both iron ores. To me it looks like a lump of slag, which is a byproduct of mining/furnaces.
I don't think it is a meteorite, a meteorite would tend to be a little uniform over the surface and richer in elemental iron.

I conclude that you have a nice blob of metal that missed its mold during a casting process or was melted in an accidental fire.
