Found a lot of old lead this past weekend......

Hunting some Hut sites this past weekend, found a lot of melted lead. One piece in particular is huge.

Way to much digging, but those pieces of led sounded so good, I had to dig them.

I am told the "brown disks" are iron buttons. I have been told to use Ammonia to clean the Eagle Buttons. I just use a cue tip and dip it in the Ammonia and brush it over the button, does a great job especially if there is still some gold left on the button.

JACOB OUT FOR A LITTLE DIGGING FOUND A HUT FULL OF LEAD FOR THE TAKING . THE MORE HE SEARCHED THE MORE HE SMILED , ENFEILD BULLETS AMONG THE LEAD SCRAP AND BUTTON FIND.

Good to see you got a few nice "drops" Before they were melted, bet that newer pin-pointer got a-lot of use.
