Hello everyone,

It's been a long time since I posted. Haven't been out much lately, work, family stuff, you know.

On a Family vacation for the week at the New Jersey shore (of course I had to bring the metal detectors). ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1438183232.874746.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1438183255.368645.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1438183274.574451.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1438183297.652820.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1438183320.347638.jpg Other than freshwater beaches I've never metal detected salt water beaches before. I tried a couple hours each day with my 8 year old daughter and we had fun finding clad. Of course with the constant breaking of her running in and out of the ocean LOL.

Today I got out by myself for two hours in the early morning, detecting and cleaning up a bunch of junk on the beach I managed to find some clad and a really nice money clip with Native American art made of sterling silver and 12 K gold.

Enjoy the photos and happy hunting.

Might have a little age on it being it is sterling, GF 1/20 12k, I am guessing maybe the 40's or 50's? I have found a few things marked similar from that ERA...
