🥇 BANNER My 1st KEY DATE Coin.

I hunted a permission today (third time there). Found a couple of IHPs, One is an 1877!!!!!! The other is a 1907.

1st time at this site I pulled 2 silver rosies and 4 wheats,
2nd hunt (45 minutes) 1929 Buffalo, 1889 IHP & 3 wheats.
Today's hunt (3.5 hrs) 1877 & 1907 IHPs, 47 & 56 nickles, and 10 wheats

Congrats Loco! I'll bet your heart was pumping hard when you saw the date on that green beauty. I sure don't recall many 1877s being posted as of late. With a better photo you would be deserving of a place up top.

I did not know what I had. I called my brother-in-law when I got home to see if he got out today. I let him know I found 2 IHPs. He asked for the dates and about crapped himself when I told him one was an 1877. He said dude I have have almost all IHP's but I do not have that one in my collection. He said on the low end it's worth $400 - $500 if I sold to a dealer and worth more retail. That's how I found out about the key date. I was going to title the post, 2 Indians Caught in a wheat field.

Full liberty... Hands down. Cant see it well enough to count diamonds... Without even in the hand, XF is certain. Of course, the grading companies would say like, "XF detail, ground corrosion" or whatever else they might term the green patina...
