From the mint, the coin weighed 42.5 grams, was 45.4 mm in diameter; and 1,468,800 were minted.
This variety was minted during the years 1675 through 1680. Its diameter and weight is closer to that of a US golf ball than to an IKE dollar.

Thank you all for your interest. Sorry for the late answer, I've been busy lately.

What size are the coins you would get as change if you cash that one in?? Nice find.

Thanks. This one would be worth 6 1/6 öres. They are 26mm in diameter and weigh 7 grams.

Those dimensions are probably the average. This one is 49 mm in diameter and weighs 40 grams.

Wow! Thats a coin! What do you could buy for 1ore back then?

About 4 eggs. Or so i've heard.
