Quick hunt gets Seated & Barber

I snuck out while my wife was on errands, and in between honey-do list items. The metal reads "...the grand army of the republic" 1886. The small cent is a Canadian Centennial cent.

An hour in and the wife called. Yikes!!

Congrats on the "you got in trouble" hunt. I would love to pull those in 1 hour. Last year I could hunt everyday and all weekend, Now I am down to a couple short hunts a week. I wish my wife treated me as good as my detector does. My detector does not get mad, nor throw any snide remarks.

Nice digs. I found a medal like that behind my house a few months ago. Mine was for a Wisconsin encampment and dated 1896
