I went out to the button site this afternoon and hunted for a couple of hours. I hadn't found anything worth keeping after being there an hour or so. Finally I get a good sound and then right next to it another so I start digging. After digging a hole the size of a dinner plate, I had found thirteen buttons with thirteen stars. (I thought that was neat being Memorial weekend and all.) Didn't find another thing worth mentioning, so I headed home. On my way I saw the geese and decided to stop and take a few pics.

When I finally got finished serving dinner and getting the kitchen all cleaned up, I logged on here and noticed that my post from yesterday had 1313 views. :D What's the deal! :D
Anyhow, here's the picture of my finds from today.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Great finds, Nana. I ran into some turkeys while I was out swinging yesterday, but forgot to take som pics. Love the eagle design. Their my favorite creature - have two tattoo's of them and an 18' statue of one sitting on a rock in my living room. Sort of partial to them being in the military.

Wow Nana,

13 old buttons in one hole is a pretty neat dig. Hope you can find some more out there.
