I know its nothing of value but a little different then my regular posts and i thought it survived well enough to be worth posting. I was detecting near a old house in the woods and got a signal under some thick moss. Turned out to be this plastic ford mustang underneath full of mud. Must have been the brass rods holding the wheels on. Im glad they were brass because steel ones would've been long rusted away. After a rinse under the faucet it cleaned up real well. Only thing it has on it is "made in the usa" underneath. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]

I cringe when I think of the Mustang II. Cool toy, bad car introduced by Ford in the mid 70's.

Looks like those I've seen made by the following companies in the 70's , Gay Toys, Thomas Toys, Multiple Plastics Company, or Hasbro. Maybe a little research on their toys will help you ID your Mustang. Very cool find, congrats. Sub 8-)

I was just swinging fairly quick because of the type of woods i was at at the time. Got a little signal and scraped the thick later of moss away with my boot and there was the car.

What's that old saying...Variety is the spice of life? If we all posted the same old stuff, we'd be like that Vino character posting nothing but big silvers! How boring would that be to read in every post?8-)
