Went detecting the day after I found the 1837 50 cent piece and found another silver (also my second coin, EVER)! Truth be told, I thought this coin was much older than it actually was because of the amount of gunk on the surface - it was green/black and crusty. After some attempts to get the gunk off it turned out to be a 1920 Silver Half Dollar. Not bad
