Need some help with one find..CUMBERLAND VALLEY RAILROAD TOKEN?

1451427008516406584601.jpg it looks to be some type of coin. It says C.V.R.R. and large numbers "74" . I think it has to do with Cumberland valley railroad but can not find anything on it. Has a good bit of weight to it about 5 or six pennies equal it's weight and quite thicker than any u.s. coin. Not copper but looks sort of putter. If that's how you spell it haha thanks a bunch guys. First off welcome to the forum and what you have is more than likely a railway lead seal and not a token.

Welcome to the forum Cole. I think I might agree with Bill,that looks like a railroad seal to me.
