I'll Take What I Can Get, And I Won't Throw A Fit!

Had to wait for the snow and ice left by our storm last Tuesday to thaw a bit before I could get out and make any progress. Here I am yesterday...
metal detector snowman.jpg

I did hit a few schools and skimmed the coil over the snow. I came away with a very nice, but probably plated and faux, gold colored ring marked "NVC", a kid's crushed bling ring, and some other typical finds for schools around here. (Token, foreign coin, zipper pull, key fob, and keys.) No sterling or gold in the last three weeks, I am just happy to get out of the house (I can only vacuum and dust so many times each day....)

Happy Hunting to all, hope it thaws soon for you too.

Sub 8-)

Hi AARC, I did dig the tiger-head zipper pull, but the black aluminum Tractor/Trailer item is a key fob. Thanks, Sub 8-)

Hi Revrob, I have found no better all-around tough and effective digging tool than the Lesche. It can handle the frozen soil, the sand, roots, and the extremely rocky soil of the Ozark mountains here where I live. Worth every penny! Sub 8-)
