Some people pay a lot of money for an European mount:occasion14:. Funny you mentioned bears...my buddy decided to do his own cheapskate European mount and buried his deer head in his yard. He got up one morning to discover a bear had dug it up and dragged it up the trail where it actually helped him by chewing most of the remaining flesh off the skull:laughing7:. He retrieved it and buried it again lol.

Heyyyy, I found one almost just like that recently. I saw it from like 50 feet away and was like " SCORRRRE!" I had only found shed antlers before and a couple of spike bucks but never a six pointer. Goes great in my relic room.

That's quite impressive, usually the antlers fall off. Should be able to make some cash if you put it up for sale on Craigslist or Ebay.

Nice find . I like my deer with a little more meat on them though . He had a rough winter . It makes the stew a little thin :-D

Cool find,,
I got off the bike on a road that ran alongside The Yellowstone River in Montana. I took a few pictures of some Buffalo that were grazing in a field that was surrounded by double fencing with Government signage.
I then returned to the bike and noticed that something had been dragged down towards the river. I followed a trail of fur about 100 feet from the road. That's when I remembered I was in Grizzly country. Turned around and made a bee line for the bike.
Congrats on your find.
