So I bought this crystal cluster and shell fossil at a garage sale. Anyone know a possible value? Thank you. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1455411366.569331.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1455411377.991625.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1455411388.730540.jpg

The fossil shell is a brachiopod and no it really has no monetary value. They are very common and yours is a below average example. I'am not a mineral expert but the rock looks like many minerals you see in the dollar box at a mineral show.Don't quit your day job just yet.

My dad used to say that something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. They may be worth .50 cents, but if you paid $ 50.00 for them & you enjoy them, then that's all that matters. On a monetary scale though, I would not place to much value on them.
