I'm A Pimp.....

Got out Saturday to a Plantation in the Low Country with Jon and Glenn on a scouting trip.I purchased a set of Vance headphones and must say for any Deus user they should check them out. It was a beautiful day temps about 120Β° and the humidity about the same. We started out hunting one field and nothing for me but a Huge horseshoe. Looked around and I was alone in the field and finally found those 2 having a picnic under the shade of some large oak trees. We then went to another section and while some people don't dig iron I personally love it as I feel it gives clues to the age and occupation of the area.Jon cut out on us to hunt one of his Super Secretive trash pits. Glenn and I stayed because he felt there had to be more ticks in the area and wanted to see if I could carry 50 pounds of iron the 3 miles back to the truck after my stroke he was sure I was having. Really had a Great time digging and I should be available for round 2 soon

My only button was this button with a train on it.

Hey DS, I found a button in my yard just like that one. It's about 3/8 of an inch wide. Have you done any research on it? Nice Axhead too!

You kidding me?! Those are early and awesome hoes. A little flea-bitten, but all that matters is that a hoe will clean up nice. Yours certainly will, and will be calling you "Daddy"

haha

You did alright on the first trip to our new permission. If my detector hadn't been on the fritz I might have hooked up with a ho or two of my own.

Yeah yeah....I would have given you one but last time I gave you something you didn't have you ended up digging 114 more of them. I'm glad you are able to do research and let us take advantage of it. Could you print me out some of those maps and circle the area so I can "scout" it for us ahead of time?

Those hoes should clean up nicely after electrolysis, which is more than I can say for you Allen :laughing7: Sorry I had to bail early, but I certainly think the new permission has potential. I'm headed back on the road for a mission until next week so the 3 musketeers will have to make due as a duo until I get back. Hit her hard

I found one of those train buttons a few years ago in SC. I believe it is circa 1910 +/-.
