Found A Silver Cup with Three Hallmarks

I found this silver cup today, likely a wine taster, that someone had thrown away in their spring cleaning trash. Polished it up some as it was black as coal when I found it so it is likely a high grade silver alloy. It has three hallmarks on the bottom. Can't identify them but one looks to be a script capital letter A in a square. No luck matching the marks despite looking all over the silver hallmark forum.
