She's not as big as my others but she counts. 2 toasted coppers and a few buttons. Been waiting on this field to open up again for a while. It's been too wet for them to finish working it. Slipped in there today and will go back tomorrow. The 2 capped halves and the capped quarter all came from this field. Good luck to all. Art

Awesome!! Trifecta Capped bust silver field, has a nice ring to it.

That's crazy that you've dug that many of those. I've been hunting colonial sites for 20+ years, and have recovered almost 200 pre-1800 silver coins, but only 2 measly capped busts in all that time. And you've found 4 in 4 months!! Go figure ....

Sweet find. I want one bad. Probably very hard to get one up here in Nova Scotia. I'm going to keep looking for one though! Haha

Those Capped Bust silvers are few and far between even for folks that dig a lot of Large Cents and Spanish silver. I personally have only dug one Capped Bust silver. Maybe there is a scattered cache in that field. Did they all come from the same area?

The 2 halfs were close but the quarter and dime were not close to the halves or each other
