Unexpected treasure from my "Junk Pile"

I was going through the pile of miscellaneous odds and ends from last night's hunt and found an unexpected gem. I knew it was a flat piece of metal with holes on either end like it had been attached to something . It turned out to be a ID plate from a car . I really love fun surprises like this especially when you can pinpoint to something specific

Once I found a Jewitt Car Company watch/Key FOB, such a surprise. You never know...

This is an extrodinary hobby, that just keeps giving up surprises, long after the item has been dug.
A bracelet i thought was junk, turned out to be .925. :)
I have some "what's its" that just fasinate me, don't know why, but i like them.

That looks like something the American Pickers would pay a couple hundred bucks for. Good eye. would have been a shame if that stayed in the junk pile.

It's funny that you say that. When I realized what it was that's the first thing I thought of was that it was something the American Pickers would look for
