Hello,

This is my first time on this forum. I found, what appears to be, a 2003 Missouri quarter with a
broadstrike error on the reverse:

Sorry for the image quality. I'll get a better picture with a better camera if needed. Anyway, it looks
like it has a smooth, rounded edge and the reverse stamp looks like the metal folded over, covering the
top half of the state name. I haven't been able to find a similar error quite like this one. Anyone have
any ideas? I haven't even been able to find any Missouri broadstrike errors online. Thanks

What does the other side look like? If it's pretty normal, I'd say probably an in-collar strike. A broad strike should show on both sides.

Oh, MUCH better pics!!

The other side looks to be a little off center (notice the thicker border at the bottom):

Any value?

That's interesting. Maybe someone that knows more can help out. Not sure which category that would fall under.

Value? Haven't a clue. I'm just now learning about errors here, so have been downloading and reading lots of info.

Coin HELP! - CoinHELP! has a lot of info about errors.
