Cool find but your pic is a '39 coupe.

The cowl plate is for a 1941 Master Deluxe Town Sedan (2 door sedan) built in Tarrytown, NY.

'41 was the first year Chevrolet passenger cars did NOT have running boards.

The same body style continued through the 1948 model year.
