HELP! Royal Navy Tombac Button? Rectangular Bullets? How Old Fishing Lure?

These are last night's and early this morning's underwater finds that have generated more questions than answers. First, is the 26 mm tombac button Royal Navy. The rose pattern looks similar to those on the internet.

Next, I found two rectangular bullets. They are both .355 - .360 inches wide and 0.7 inches in length.

Lastly, any guesses on the age of the weedless spoon lure. The spoon looks to be brass and the weedless portion appears to be copper.

No underwater coins this time. But I love the button. It was found in about 3 feet of water on top of Lake Champlain clay. Thanks.

No, unfortunately that's a pretty common designed tombac. There is mass confusion online over these now with people calling anything that's close a Lieutenant's button.

The squared-off bullets are called wadcutters. They are normally used for target shooting because they Tear A Perfect Circle in the paper.

The sq bullet appear to be wadcutters in 38 cal / .357 dia , lure is brass fairly common for lures to made out of and i guess mid 1980s- 1990s

There's no doubt about that, it's a nice early designed button. The truth is there's no one on the planet that can tell you exactly what is what when it comes to these because even the best experts have to make an educated guess on some. This one however I don't think is in that category and would be called civilian with very little thought.

Sweet tombac button. They don't come out with designs too often. I'd be pretty happy with that one.
