Went looking for the bracelet that was supposedly lost in the water today. I spent an hour in two feet of water and it just wasn't there. I think insurance scam. Just a personal thought. She said when she lost it the water was 6' deep. Not believable. It would have swallowed her back yard. So off to Detroit today. Wasn't with it again so didn't stay long.

So lots should be happy! I am a normal detectorist again. My 4th Detroit Police button, a set of keys and a salt shaker were my oddball finds. A merc, two roseys and a house were my coin finds. That's all folks!!

Three more merc's and I will have 100 for the year. Only 28 rosey's.

Sorry to hear they wasted your time with the bracelet search. At least you still had time for a short hunt. Good finds nonetheless. Congratulations.

The insurance company is going to pay me for my time and effort. So not completely wasted.

I just cleaned the salt or pepper shaker. The top is a lead alloy of some kind. Got my hands all gray. I know it is not silver. It is pretty heavy and thick. All the silver ones I have seen are thin as silver is stronger.

This shaker probably is known to cause cancer! Along with all the lead toys I have found

A slow day for you is still a better day for most of us here. Lol I haven't seen silver since the beginning of the month.
Your next hunt will make up for your slow 3 silver day today.
