Back to the deep with my Deus, another ring, wheat, good luck token, and brooch

I tried using my XP Deus, had to rig things a little differently.(thank God for zip ties) I wanted to try the Deus because I wanted to see if the ear buds would work better than the headphones. I lost a ear muff to my excalibur when I went down with OBN earlier this week. I hunted the first day with no muff, not really having any hearing problems. The next day I rigged up my headphones like this.
I used them like that the day I found the SS card, then yesterday I took the day off. Today I wanted to see if the ear buds would help, my rigging made the headphones too bouyent, ha lol.I hunted about ten targets with the Deus. The ear buds are great, I just was having a hard time desiding what to dig, I quickly switched out and used the excalibur, couple targets into it I had that gold ring maybe sound, in the dark murky churned up water I got the target in my hand, I stood up into clear water near my head and seen a gold signet ring! Hoo hoo! I kept at it for about two hours getting extremely cold. When I got to the boat I pulled out the ring to see it was a fake brass, more than likely plated? Still exciting and cool The rest of the finds were like Scuba said, I just stuffed handfuls of muck in the perforated bag. I dumped the bag when I got home. Enjoy the pix

Nice finds. I have been thinking about buying the water kit for my DEUS to do some water hunting with waders. Do you use the remote when you underwater hunt? do you bother to use the pin pointer feature? (I don't think I would use the pin pointer feature) what program do you use? (I'm assuming wet beach)

A couple nights in the 50's cools it off fast. I might be done until spring or a wet suit?

Thanks, I'm in fresh water, I use the same custom program I use in my farm fields, I do not pin point.
