I believe that is a sash buckle... somewhat reminds me of a batwing buckle. Nice finds!

I think the bullet is post CW due to it having cannelures. (Vertical lines in the groove) This was started around 1880

Bullet is post CW, the buckle I agree with Carolina Tom looks like sash buckle. The iron piece top right looks like handle off an old wick scissors.

yea i thought the bullet lookes a little newer, it does have carve marks on it though, i have found some nice coins and cw relics from this spot, but theres not much left

I think the carved marks are from the barrel rifling.
