I've been working the palm tree median for about 10 weekends in a row now and I'm almost done with my second pass. I've noticed the good targets have diminished about 70% since I started, but I'm still finding wheat cents. I dug 7 more wheaties today to bring the total of wheaties dug to 71.

Dug my second buffalo nickel out of the median, this one has a weak date, it's dated 1913. :icon_thumright:

Probably the best find today is a possible antique sterling silver ring that was the same depth of most the mercs and wheaties I've dug out of here.

Considering all the wheaties that I'm still finding there has to be some silver coins still to be discovered. I'll be back at it next Saturday!:coffee2:

Jeepers, that meridian is the gift that just keeps giving! Bunch of cool finds, but that ring is really awesome. My first instinct is that you have a real pearl in that thing!

Showed it to my wife, she really likes that ring lol. She says lightly rub it on your teeth. If it's fake it'll be smooth, but if it has a very slight gritty texture to it it's probably a real pearl.

That is a nice vintage ring. You just dont see ring settings like that anymore. Great find.

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one who does not get 100 percent of the good targets during the 1st pass/grid at a site. Thanks for keeping it real. :notworthy: That Median sure has produced more targets than I'd have ever imagined. Looks like you had a great day digging. Other targets that may have been masked on the 1st pass are now unmasked, especially if the 2nd pass is in another direction. I'd love a hunt like you had at the Palm tree median.

Love that ring! I've said it before, but I also really like how you show pictures of where you find your targets. I look forward to your posts.
