Hi everyone, I hope you all had a fun and safe weekend, ours was interesting.
It started Friday with this beautiful sunrise outside our kitchen window. I got a package in the mail from one of my aunts, I opened it and omg I had to sit down, I almost started crying. She was going through a box of buttons that her mom had collected way back then,

I love the colors on these!
I love this little lady, I have to think of how I'm going to work out a design for her.We hit a elementary school on Saturday morning, neither one of us did very good, I think Chug found a couple of pennies, so we decided to hit a park we hadn't been to for awhile, Chug did great on clad, he had three pocket spills, and he wins for most unusual ring ever found!!

he always finds the animal jewelry, and they are each so unique and interesting! I found a smiley face
he loves to bounce!
My best find Saturday ended my dry streak of no rings!
its so tiny, and junk....but its a ring, and that's all that matters! Yesterday we went relic hunting!
I love digging up relics, Chug had to bandage my wrist for me so it was protected from dirt, I had a little accident when we made turkey dinner Saturday, I was dishing up my plate and my son came up next to me and I got distracted and ended up pouring hot gravy on my wrist.
Dinner turned out great, despite my burn.
Chug makes the best stuffing and turkey ever! So anyway, yesterday was cloudy, but we pretty much had the park to ourselves, which works for me, I'm learning my new machine still, and having fun. There was a lot of iron, and the ground was mushy in area's because of all the rain we've had. By the time we were done, we were both muddy and wet.
Chug found a half of a ring, I so wish he could have found all of it, its awesome!
you know when I told you Chug finds animal jewelry a lot? He did it again yesterday! I need to fix it for him,
he's the cutest little dragon! I kept getting deep signals, I dug up part of a pipe, left the other part in the ground, I also dug a awesome tool, Chug helped me a bit, I have a problem with digging my holes bigger, my plugs come out bad sometimes, but slowly I'm getting better with Chug's help!
A nice wedge in good condition, just think, this was made and used to build buildings and split wood, my other find I'm not sure what it is, its hard to make out the letters
I'm afraid of doing anymore damage to it.
I also dug this button, my second cool one!
and I got to add to my rock collection again, I love finding them!
Its so cool when people do positive things to brighten a persons day, especially nowadays with what has been happening lately.Time to work on my button necklace, I'll post pictures when it's done.
