A couple of days ago I was setting my detector and other equipment out of my SUV to do a curb and sidewalk strip when a car pulled up to the house next door. With all the traffic noise all I could hear was someone yelling at me. I figured that they was upset with me about to do some detecting.

I walked toward the person yelling at me and I finally heard her say, "you can detect my yard if you want to". I thanked the young beautiful redhead and I handed her a couple of key chain lights and told her how sweet she was for letting me detect her yard.

Anyhow, about 5 minutes into detecting her yard it started raining and I had to call it a day. Today I went back to that site to do some serious detecting. I found both silver coins and some other stuff with the AT Pro using the Pro Zero Mode with the sensitivity set at 85.

The majority of the coins that I found today was with the Nokta Fors Core going behind the At Pro. That detector is fast as greased lightening and does a great job at unmasking targets even with the larger search coil. All the talk about this detector isn't just hype. I can't wait to get a small search coil for it.

We have rain in the forecast for the next few days. It will give me a chance to rest up. I did a lot of digging today!

You have to order 8 ten packs to get the free shipping on orders $50 dollars or more and use the newyear2017 discount code to get another 15% off. They have other discounts to, give them a call if you can find one.

One other thing, you don't have to order all key chain lights, you can order batteries, chargers and even a better flashlight for yourself. The key is to get your order over $50 after using the discount. Make sure that you check 'free shipping' before placing your order. I highly recommend the Fenix e01 AAA key chain flashlight. They are best for the money. I have several for myself, but I don't give those out too often. I gave a real estate agent one for giving me some rental address and permission to hunt them. Fenix E01 Mini Everyday Carry Flashlight - Nichia White GS LED - 13 Lumens - Includes 1 x AAA - Black, Blue, Olive, Orange or Purple

But pretty much all has been said that I had in mind.
You need to go do it again!

Love the twist. Was expecting something else but, please, yell at me! 8-)

Lot of digging on that plate. Nice assortment of finds.

It looks like you've got an old antique license plate reflector below the coins (right edge of plate). I have a few different styles but not one like yours. I never knew what they were from until I ran into an old gentleman that asked me if I found anything good one day. I always found them in parks and assumed they were from bicycles, but no, people used to just drive and park anywhere in the park back in the day. Try that today!

Good hunting!
