Fedex says my Treasure Baron returns tomorrow. While waiting I decided to swing my Lone Star since I rarely have. In my back yard. Five minutes in I get a nice signal. This turned up about 4 inches down. Sterling, from 1917-1923. I grew up ten blocks from and have many memories of Sheridan Coliseum. Who'd have thought this would show up in my yard 120 miles away. My dad attended the college in 1924. 0206171855-1040x780.jpg 0206171855a-1040x780.jpg

Congratulations on the Silver Spoon recovery.
What does "Normal School " mean?

It was what they used to call teacher's colleges. That's how I was able to date it. In 1924 the name was changed to Fort Hays Teacher's College. The Coliseum was built in1917.
