Yr right not many of us get down to the gold-prospecting Forum.
Mainly cause (speaking for myself) We don't have the Skills , Patience, & Sites , The first 2 the most.

There are places here in N Ga , gold can be found ,but it's alot of work, (paper work to) lol.

If it was me, I would go and sluice or pan for gold all over that stream or wherever you found it. There is definitely gold there. Beautiful nugget.

I already find gold all over the creek. This was found on the hillside above the creek.
