I've been plying the field of dreams for quite a few trips recently.
I figured that they'd be planting soon so I should try
to get in whatever time I could.

But, today was sooooo nice and I was soooo tired of stumbling.
I tell ya, 5 hours in any farm field is just plain harder than a school ground
for the same amount of time. Actually, I could've done more than that
today, but it started raining. So, I quit. :dontknow:

Not too bad of a day either! Not a lot but of decent quality:

I don't know ammo but this really seemed strange.

Ummmmmm "cut" copper? ;)

This one was the surprise of the day!
I got a pretty easy, shallow, solid "penny" signal.
And, look what I find looking up at me! LOL

I said, Now, just HOW did YOU get here!?! LOL

and.....gold? (color anyway. :dontknow:
This was buried a full 3 inches. Makes me wonder how.

And...silver! The Blingster's happy too!

Not too shabby, eh? :) I felt so much more in control today!

Thanks for peeking!

Looks like a very good day!! Congrats! Yes farm fields this time of year can work you to death. Had to bush-hog ours so we could stop stumbling lol.

Well....aren'tcha kind....I mean, really, aren'tcha kind!

I am glad to be able to share finds here, big or small, gold or not. I'm happy that my meanderings are at least of some interest
to at least a few. I'd hate to be just wasting people's bandwidth. :)

Thank you! As long as the He allows me to keep finding interesting things, I'll keep sharing.

Like this hunt. Not really much there but, that huge bullet?... a whole Disney watch buried at least 3 inches?
...a ring of any kind? ....and lastly, an "end of series" coin from France ??? 1921?!?!?! I mean....if nothing else
the day was interesting! LOL

I have avoided farm fields for the stumbling over clods and bouncing coils off of corn stalks. This year I am going to attempt to toughen up a bit because I know that's where a few of my bucket list coins might be hiding. You had a very productive day compared to most of my field hunts. I usually get about 50 pounds of iron per one wheat penny. Congrats on a good day stumbling. Peace.
