Found some wheats today!!!! So I went to the store with my Daughter and decided I would make a storage display case for my coins I bought the wood strips a piece of wood panel to glue the strips on plastic facial piece glue ect this holds from 1943 to 1959 I drop the coins down the slot I'm still filling the slots just took a pic of what I started I have over 1000 wheats plus it was raining and I was bored all my silver is in other display cases I'm making my basement man cave!! I think my Daughter thinks I'm crazy Dad why do you spend hours in the cold and rain for a few pennies and some old dirty coins? Why do you spend $ 14.00 on stuff to make a display case for 50 cents worth of pennies ? Dad I can give you some change new coins!!!! Dad can we get a sandbox so we can dig coins here, then from the kitchen the wife yells out... no we cant get a sandbox the cats in the neighborhood will try to bury your dad!!!! Ha Ha Now plug your nose and in a high note say I hope you not going to bring that into the house!!! nice and good till my gold goes for a new water heater or when the kids want some jewelry. My wife is supportive but only a detectorist will understand the excitement and fun of finding old stuff and not buying from a coin store. You people get it I love the hobby! and I am a little crazy!!!!!!! Ive been detecting for years you have to be patient optimistic love being outside yes and spend hours outside and possibly come home with a penny or two sometimes and love every minute of it Yep I am a little or a lot CRAZY!!!!!
Now I gotta do a few for 1900 to 1943 Out of the thousand plus wheats I have no 1949
