Tallio Cufflinks - Release the Hounds!

I dug these brass Tallio cufflinks today at an old site. I know they are fairly common, but a first for me. Personal relics are great. I'm guessing 1790's on these based on other finds at the site, maybe a little later. Sound right?

Thanks all. Sorry, I was referring more to the fox hunt design as being fairly "common" or popular on cufflinks and buttons from that period. I'm thrilled with these. Believe me, I know that no colonial relic is "common" per se These were a real tiny beep too. I got lucky. Thanks again.

Yes fairly common although I only have 1. 1790s is about spot on. They look in better than average condition so thats a bonus.

That's a nice linked pair. I have dug three or four of them, but all singles. I would say they were at the height of their popularity during the 1790s.
