So I hunted an older school that has been good to me in the past for about three hours after work. Some clad, wheats and an older Japanese 1 yen coin(not pictured). This school is loaded with wheats but not many silver coins but I have found 4 silver items not coins here now with the newer silver locket tonight. It still had the picture inside too
I noticed that a tractor had driven through a very small piece of overgrown ground at my seated field. Not expecting much I headed over for a quick hunt before dark. I was hacking away at the compacted dirt searching for a okay but not great signal when I see a silver disk fly out of the hole. Obverse caked with dirt so I look on the back to see One Dime but wait there is a CC mint mark so it has to be Seated
This is the third CC dime to come from this field and Ive lost track of all the Seated Ive dug here
