Just back from our winter in Arizona and have not had much time to hunt yet, but got in several hours. Along with the list of things to do when we get home, the doctor put me on a heart monitor for 2 weeks and I had to see the Orthopedic doctor for a hip giving me pain. Hopefully a Cortizone shot on Tuesday will cure that problem and the heart monitor is just a precautionary thing checking for possible A Fib problems. Don't let anyone tell you the golden years are great. Everything starts breaking down and falling apart. Enough rambling about aches and pains. I went to a permission I have hunted before, and I was able to find 2 Indians, 1906 and 1899, several wheats with the oldest one being a 1918, and an extremely toasted pocket watch. The strange penny is a 1970 Bermuda penny. It has a pig on the reverse. Weird! How did that thing end up in Martinsburg, Pa.? Maybe better finds with the next hunt.
Happy hunting and thanks for looking.
