Sweet!
I moved here 20 yrs ago, and at the time there were no DD's down here.... now they are all over the place. But when I order, and ask for a "Laage Regula".... they still have no clue what I want.

See it really does save money to buy your coffee from Dunkin' Donuts instead of Starbucks!

Too funny Dave! The looks I use to get asking for a "Laage Regula" when I lived in Sunrise... priceless! They had no clue. :laughing7:

I was on my way to NYC for a day trip and this was a sweet surprise at 6am. The younger lady running the register didnt even look at it. I saw it right away and shoved it in my pocket right away like someone eas going to take it from me hahhah. I showed my dad in the car and he said"you a**hole!" he said he hadnt seen one in circulation since he was 10 years old.

Nice save. There are still good coins out there in circulation. Just last month my wife received a Merc dime in change, and my daughter received a silver Rosie and an IH penny in change.

Before i ever metal detected or really new anything about coins i worked register at a gas station and i used to go thru the pennies looking for wheats. I pulled out a bunch of those, one, which i later realized was a 1909 vdb and i found one indian head that i gave to an older guy i worked with. It was a 1905.
