Hello all,,,
I went back to the cache site for about an hour today. Found my first large cent. It's an 1820 Matron Head, I think, the last digit is pretty hard to see. Seems the area around the date is in the worst shape of any of the rest. You can clearly see the "LIBERTY" across the headband...

Hope ya all have had some luck, & Happy hunting~

Very nice. Did you clean it at all? Or did it come out of the ground with the patina coming off? HH,

Big Congrats on that coin Leon ;D Looking at yours and Neil's recent large cent finds have me wanting to run into something like that! You guys are going to have some real nice material to photograph when the end of the year comes around.
