Ok, granted, it's not a honker, but beggars can't be choosers.

Best I can tell, it's a service pin.... 3 rubies, based on other threads and research, I'd guess that each ruby represents 5 years.

There wasn't a pin in the back, but it looks like a clasp was broken off from the top.

Only question I got....what company?

While we're at it..... guess the year of the wheat.

edit: Didn't find anything even remotely close. I did, however, identify a general motors service pin that I have sold off a few years ago without knowing where it was from. On a side note, anyone ever notice how useless google [using] image search is?

Yes, I know that CTO is the maker, there is a great link provided by Tnetter Stewball....
Google images is useless if a piece has never been documented, no doubt.

I did find the ones I have from different service anniversaries. One was on a watchband, and two others are on pocket knives that were service anniversaries as well. When I get a little time tomorrow I will take some pics and post them for you.

Found 4 like yours

I found four pins that I have gotten as service anniversary rewards and will try to attach some pics. I tested the two with diamonds, and they are really diamonds so I assume the rubies and emeralds are probably the real deal too.
