The week started with finding a bucket list
Colonial wax seal and ends with two more
bucket listers -- a rev. War button and
One half of a rattlesnake buckle!!!
All from the same general site. On the button
There is the cannon, eagle, and cannon balls
With an unreadable word under the cannon.
The nearest example i could find
Online had a cannon and flag instead of eagle.
On the rattlesnake, it looks
Like the tail half of the snake only, but that
Something I think I can live with. Maybe one
Day I'll find the other half. IMG_1046.JPG
Three bucket listers in one week?
Thats just plain SICK!

Looks like an 1812 era eagle-on-cannon button. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1497827177.636510.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1497827186.190188.jpg

Thanks. Yeah, a digger could get real spoiled after
Such a great week, but I'm sure I'll be back to nails
And shot gun shells in no time flat!

Sweet button. I have a thing for eagles sitting on cannons.

I like that button!

And maybe we should get together, I found the other half of that buckle back a while ago. :)
