I have been hitting some city parks this summer, So I decided to try a different area of a park I had been to several times, little more wooded & not far from a football field. Seemed the sunny parts of the park were fairly dry (already). Found the Quarter there, in the wooded area about 6' down.
Pretty good day! IMG_2383.JPG IMG_2383.JPG

Congrats on the Canadian silver quarter! I uncovered what I thought was a Canadian silver dime yesterday because it came out of the dirt without being tarnished and it turned out to be a 1974...
