I don't think it would be a heel plate. 2 nail holes wouldn't keep it on for long. All Heel plates I have seen are horseshoe shaped with 6 to ten holes.

trdking, spent several minutes throwing various descriptors into the Google machine. Had to get very detailed but luckily, someone had posted that advertisement for sale with the same detailed description. Some times it works out! Sub 8-)
