Thanks folks,Co2 The badge is damage from i think by a mower,and it is a Sargent Dragnet badge .Thought it might be a local cop badge at first but not. Now the truck i did hit the hood / The chain is silver.The round dog tag is 1957 and the town is spelled wrong.local HH
